Chicken Burgers with Spinach, Sundried Tomatoes and Asiago Cheese

Chicken Burgers with Spinach, Sundried Tomatoes and Asiago Cheese

2 lbs. Ground Chicken
1/2 cup Medium Asiago Cheese (can substitute parmesan)
1/4 cup Sundried Tomatoes
1/4 cup Spinach, fresh
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2  tsp Garlic powder, or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
Grate Asiago Cheese (large grater).
Chop Sundried Tomatoes into 1/4 pieces.
Chop Spinach into 1/2 pieces.
Mix cheese and vegetables with spices, then add into the ground chicken.
Blend thoroughly and then turn into patties.
Grill or sauté for 8 to 10 minutes.
Oven cook for 10 min on one side, 5 min on the other, at 350
