Get a chance to win a year supply of tickets just by donating blood

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati is celebrating Memorial Day weekend with a Summer Fun Blood Drive at the 20th Century Theater in Oakley.

Donors will receive a free pint of Aglamesis Brother's Ice Cream and they will automatically be registered for a chance to win a pair of tickets to all shows at the 20th Century Theatre for a year.

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 31; from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. Q-102's Holly Morgan will be at the event from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Since the event is so popular, they encourage making appointments. Call 513-451-091 or visit their website. Walk in donors are also welcome.

Donors must be 17-years-old to donate and be in good health. Donors can be 16-years-old only if they have signed parental consent. Donors must weigh at least 110 pounds and must bring their ID.
