HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Three teenagers were sentenced Friday for setting a classmate's hair on fire on a school bus.
A 15-year-old and 17-year-old who had pled guilty to attempted aggravated assault will be held at the Butler County Juvenile Detention Center until they can work their way out. They will serve at least 4.5 months, possibly longer.
Another 17-year-old, who was 16 at the time of the incident, will do 20 hours of community service after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct.
All three teens are to have no contact with the victim and will pay court costs.
The Middletown High School students lit 15-year-old Devin Lewis' hair on fire on a school bus in February.
