CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The ninth annual Doggie Dash Walk for Kindness is underway at Sawyer Point, with proceeds going to the SPCA of Cincinnati.
Hundreds of dogs and their owners are participating in the event, which kicked off at 10 a.m. There will also be food, a Frisbee event, an agility course, and other dog-friendly activities.
The two-mile walk along the Ohio River started at the corner of East Pete Rose Way and Eggleston Avenue.
Participants collected pledges for the walk, with prizes going to the people who raised the most money. Prizes include Diamond, Scout, and Club seats for the Cincinnati Reds.
