LINCOLN HEIGHTS, OH (FOX19) - Police have re-opened a street in Lincoln Heights after a suspicious package closed the area down for over an hour Tuesday afternoon.
Police closed the street near the intersection of Anthony Wayne Ave. and Behles Ave. in Lincoln Heights to investigate a package left at Lamarr's Lounge at around 3:30 pm. When police x-rayed the package, wires were found, making the package a threat.
The Cincinnati Bomb Squad was called to blow up the package. After it was blown up, pieces of a DVD player were found inside.
The scene has since been cleared and the streets have been reopened.
