4 cups of your favorite lettuce chopped, divided on to two dinner plates.

1 cup fresh pineapple or mango chopped

1/3 cup sliced red onion

2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro

2 small tuna steaks or one large, rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper.

Dressing

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 Tablespoons canola oil

2 Tablespoons fresh lime and fresh orange juice

2 Tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon finely diced jalapeno pepper

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon honey

Mix all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid and shake vigorously.

Heat grill or grill pan to high.  Cook tuna to desired doneness. 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Remove tuna from grill and let rest on plate for 5 minutes.   Cut into thin slices and place on top of salad greens.  Top salad with red onion and pineapple or mango then sprinkle with cilantro.  Pour dressing over tuna and on salad greens.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.  Enjoy
