CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Fairfield woman was indicted Monday on 31 counts involving theft from the disabled or elderly.
Yvonne Alexander, 53, was indicted on several counts of tampering with records, forgery and theft from the elderly or disabled. She was also indicted on one count each of taking identity and telecommunications fraud.
According to court documents, Alexander was a caregiver for the victim and she obtained control of the victim's Ohio Public Employees Retirement System in the amount of $58,615.17, which was to be paid to the victim from November of 2007 until January of 2011.
Her bond was set at $20,000.
