TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - An Internet site devoted to selling memorabilia from notorious killers is selling dirt said to be from the gravesite of a Roman Catholic priest convicted of killing a nun in Ohio. The lot for sale on a website also includes a photo of the Rev. Gerald Robinson in his coffin. Robinson was serving a life prison sentence for strangling Sister Margaret Ann Pahl in 1980 at a hospital where they worked.

CLEVELAND (AP) - Police say two Cleveland brothers were charged with felonious assault after using their cars to hit and kill a 17-year-old boy who they claim had stolen a dirt bike from them. Tracy Philpott Jr., from the Cleveland suburb of Warrensville Heights, died Saturday at a hospital, two days after being struck by cars police say were driven by 24-year-old Aaron Trail and 28-year-old Alfonso Trail on Cleveland's east side.

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - Ohio's largest military base is under pressure to fill more beds in its hospital. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton needs to boost the use of 62-bed in-patient hospital, where the occupancy rate has been about 45 percent. The hospital has set a 70-percent occupancy rate as a new benchmark.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - There's something beyond delivering a set packed with her hits that's got Aretha Franklin jazzed about fair season: the food. Ahead of her Thursday performance at the Ohio State Fair, the Queen of Soul says she's looking forward to tracking down some elephant ears, a dish of fried dough sprinkled with powdered sugar.
