CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Another person has been arrested for stealing from the Courthouse Deli in Downtown Cincinnati.

The deli is a popular target for thieves because the owner is blind.

Arsenio Tooles, 21, became the latest person to be arrested for stealing from the deli.

According to court documents, Tooles, who is in a wheelchair, entered the deli the morning of May 20 and placed a pack of Starburst candy in his front pants pocket. He then wheeled himself to the back of the store out of the sight of employees and put the candy behind him in the seat of his wheelchair.

Later that day, he entered the deli again and took a bottle of Mountain Dew and put it in the seat of his wheelchair. He left without paying for the soft drink.

Tooles was arrested after investigators looked at security video. He is charged with two counts of theft.
