MARIEMONT, OH (FOX19) - Six apartment buildings in Mariemont are being demolished to clear the site for the construction of a condominium building.

This is the third phase of Greiwe Development's condo project. This will clear the site for the construction of the next condominium building, Nolen Park, in the four-phase project.

Greiwe Development, in partnership with North American Properties and Sibcy Cline, will extend the Village Square in two directions. Beginning with Jordan Park on Miami Road, now sold out, construction on the second phase, Emery Park, is in full swing as its exterior masonry work nears completion. The finishing date for Emery Park is November 2011. Nolen Park is slated for completion in Spring 2013.

Nolen Park is a 29-unit, third-phase condo development behind the Mariemont Strand.
