Tuna Salad (4 servings)
about 140 calories/serving

2 (7 oz.) cans water packed tuna, drained
3 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise to taste (I like Hellman's Reduced Fat Olive Oil Mayo)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional: 2 Tbsp chopped celery, 1 Tbsp chopped parsley, 1 Tbsp chopped dill pickle - you can really let your tastebuds be your guide on the "mix ins")

Chicken Salad (4 servings)
about 175 calories per serving
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, poached, broiled or grilled, then shredded with your fingers or a fork or cut into small cubes   OR  2 - 8 oz. cans of chunk white meat chicken, drained
3-4 Tbsp lowfat mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon or spicy mustard
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped celery, 1 Tbsp chopped parsley, 1 c. red grapes, halved, 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts - again, whatever you like as "mix ins"
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and divide among wraps. I like Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Tortillas (81 calories and 12 grams of fiber per wrap!).
 
Homemade Trail Mix

Fill snack size zip-top bags with about 1 cup of any combination of the following ingredients:
Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal (or similar)
Raisins
Craisins
Dried cherries
Dried apricots
Dates
Roasted almonds
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Etc.
