16 Ounces Sweet Corn

6 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon white vinegar

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 lemons zest and juice

16 ounces ricotta cheese

Add all ingredients and mix with wooden spoon in bowl

Serve on bread at room temperature
