CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police have signed a warrant for a woman they believe to be responsible for a deadly shooting in Over-the-Rhine over the weekend.
Police responded to 17 West Elder Street shortly before 8 p.m. on Saturday after receiving 911 calls of a person shot in the head. Officers and paramedics found Emanual Scott, 22, there, and Fire paramedics transported him to University hospital. Scott died of his injuries at the hospital.
On Wednesday, police signed a warrant for Yolanda Howard for causing the death of Emanual Scott. Police say Yolanda Howard is a black female, 24, 5'06", and weighing approximately 155 pounds.
Anyone with information regarding Yolanda Howard's location is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Section at 352-3542.
