Fresh Salmon and Sweet Apple Salad

1/2 cup Lawry's Sesame Ginger Marinade 1 pound salmon fillets, about 1/2 inch thick (4 fillets) 1 large OHIO Fuji,Yellow Delicious or any other favorite variety of OHIO apple, cored and coarsely chopped 1 bag of mixed salad greens 1/4 cup honey-roasted flavored sliced almonds.
Dressing: 1 tablespoon black and white sesame seeds, toasted 1/2 cup lower-fat mayonnaise 4 teaspoons Sesame Ginger marinade 1/4 cup fresh-snipped chives Pour the marinade over salmon in a large plastic food storage bag. Turn several times to coat pieces well. Place in refrigerator and marinate for 20 minutes, turning bag over once. Grill or broil salmon 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Cool salmon and refrigerate until chilled. Prepare Creamy Sesame dressing and chill. Remove and discard skin from salmon; cut salmon into 1-inch strips. Chop apple.
To serve: Divide salad greens onto 4 individual salad plates. Top with salmon and sprinkle with chopped apple and almonds. Spoon dressing over each salad and serve.
