ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office announced that they have arrested four teenagers who have admitted to stealing from over 50 vehicles throughout Anderson Township and Clermont County.
On Saturday, police arrested the teens after receiving reports of people shining lights in several vehicles in the area around the 6300 block of Clough Pike. Police found the teens, three aged 16-years-old and one aged 17-years-old, driving away in a vehicle police had received a description for.
The teens were taken into custody at the entrance of the Woods of Turpin apartment complex.
When police searched the vehicle, they retrieved stolen property that belonged to a resident of the apartment complex. They also found additional property from cars that had been broken into throughout Anderson Township and Clermont County. These items included various computer equipment, jewelry and an envelope containing marijuana.
The four teenagers were charged with Theft and Curfew Violation. They have yet to receive any charges in Clermont County.
The teens were transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center to await further proceedings.
