Police looking for more victims in Blue Ash quick change scam

Blue Ash Police are looking for more victims after they arrest a quick change artist on Wednesday.

 A short time before noon, police arrested 49-year-old Gary T. Black of Cincinnati for two counts of attempted theft and two counts of petty theft after several reports of a quick change scheme operating in the city.

 During an investigation, police discovered that on June 30, Black stole $80 from the Buffalo Wings on 4550 Glendale- Milford Road. He also stole $20 from the Bob Evans on 5875 Pfeiffer Road using a quick-change scam.

He tried to steal money at the same Buffalo Wings restaurant on July 5, and at the Red Roof Inn at 5900 Pfeiffer Road on July 6.

 Black was arrested at the Red Roof Inn where he rented a room.

 He has a lengthy arrested and conviction history of theft, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, breaking and entering, forgery,  taking the identity of another, domestic violence, assault, falsification, and escape.
