WEST UNION, OH (FOX19) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating an early-morning fatal crash that happened just west of Manchester, Ohio.

Baldwin and her four juvenile passengers were all treated at the scene and released. The semi driver, Joseph Bailey, 54, was not injured. Bailey, Baldwin and her four passengers were all wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
