Two wanted in connection with Covington stabbing

COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) -

Police are searching for two suspects wanted in connection with a Covington stabbing.

The incident happened during the early morning hours in the 100 block of E. 30th Street near Decoursey Avenue.

Police say the victim was stabbed in a second floor apartment and then ran across the street to a wooded area before collapsing.

The victim was taken to the hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.

It's believed Martin Murillo Rodriguez and Jose Tapia Arraiga may involved.

Police say Rodriguez also goes by the name of Jorge Perez-Castro. His street name is Capulina. Arraiga is also known as Jose Taepo or Jose Tapia. His street name is Conboy.

Rodriguez is about 5'7", around 260 pounds, with a shaved head and rat-tail/ pony tail in rear of scalp. He could be wearing a purple t-shirt and blue jean shorts.

Arraiga is 5'9", around 155 pounds and has multiple tattoos on his body.
