A man will be in court on Tuesday after police say he killed a person and seriously injured another in a car crash back in May.
According to a police report, Alexander Kuehnle was driving his Toyota Corolla east on State Route 125 on Beechmont Avenue under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
Police say he was driving recklessly at a high rate of speed when he lost control, crossed the center line and struck an Oldsmobile Cutlass.
The driver of the Cutlass, Rachel Barnett, was killed in the collision. Her passenger, David Gillian, received serious injuries from the crash.
Kuehnle is charged with two counts of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide one count of Aggravated Vehicular Assault and Vehicular Assault.
He will appear in court for an arraignment at the Hamilton County Court House on Tuesday, July 12 at 10:30 a.m.
