CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Police arrested a local man over the weekend for having a gun in two different bars while he was drinking.
The incident happened Saturday at the Pleasant Hour Bar and the Gas Light Cafe.
Adam Vine, 34, is charged with two counts of possession of a firearm in a liquor premise, using a weapon while intoxicated and aggravated menacing.
According to court documents, Vine was served three shots of liquor and then was observed by several witnesses with a loaded Smith and Wesson Bodyguard 380 handgun. He is accused of pointing the gun at a man in the bar.
A new law in Ohio allows concealed weapons in bars, but only by patrons who aren't drinking.
Vine was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center and has since been released on his own recognizance.
