HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Three people are in custody after a shooting in Hamilton.
The incident occurred at about 2:30 a.m. Monday morning in the area of J&J Bar on S. Second Street.
When officers arrived, no victims were found at the location. While officers were searching the area, a 32-year-old man showed up at Fort Hamilton Hospital with a gunshot wound to his left arm.
Through investigation officers were able to identify a vehicle and suspect description and a direction of travel, which was provided to area law enforcement agencies.
A short time later, an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper in the Franklin area observed the suspect vehicle on northbound I-75. The vehicle was stopped and three suspects were taken into custody for further investigation. Hamilton Police Officers responded to the location of the traffic stop and took custody of the suspects, vehicle and evidence.
The suspects' names have not yet been released.
