CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Former CODE leader Diana Frey will not have access to her retirement account after being indicted for wire fraud.
Frey's attorneys, as well as the Cincinnati Retirement System and the Board of Trustees, agreed to those terms on Monday.
Her retirement funds will be frozen until the case is resolved.
Frey pleaded not guilty to embezzling $757,000 from the CODE union.
She's since been fired as the president of CODE, the president of the board and from her job at the Metropolitan Sewer District.
