Man shot several times outside Colerain Township bar

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A suspect is on the loose following an early Sunday morning shooting outside a Colerain Township bar.

Just after 2:45 a.m., police were called to Mercy Mount Airy Hospital for a person shot. There they found a 25-year-old man with several gunshot wounds in both legs.

It was determined the man had been shot near the Bottoms Up Bar on Colerain Avenue and was driven to the hospital by friends.

The victim was subsequently transferred by AirCare to University Hospital where he is in stable condition at this time.

The suspect is described as black male with braids, 20 to 25 years in age. The victim says the man was wearing a blue shirt and white ball cap.
