LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - A man indicted on 20 counts of raping a victim under 13-years-old plead not guilty to the charges in court on Wednesday.

John Anthony Foster, 36, is the former co-owner of the Primrose Academy in Maineville. The two alleged victims are acquaintances of Foster, but none are students at the private daycare and preschool.

Foster has also been indicted on four counts of sexual battery, and two counts of gross sexual imposition. Two of the 20 rape counts allegedly occurred by force. The indictment states all of the incidents occurred from 1999 to 2006.

A Warren County judge granted Foster $500,000 bond. If Foster makes bond, he will be placed under house arrest and be watched with an electronic monitoring device. He will not be allowed to have contact with children.

Foster's next court date has not been set.
