EVANSTON, OH (FOX19) - Xavier University's newest and largest residence complex is finally being used by students.
On Sunday, more than 500 sophomores moved into the 245,000 square foot facility featuring suite-style living.
The complex includes four connected buildings and houses a dining area that seats up to 700 people. A green roof adorns the dining area and was built to LEEDS silver standards.
The complex is now the second largest building on campus next to the Cintas Center.
