Ohio lawmaker pleads guilty on drunk driving charge

GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Former Green Township Representative Robert Mecklenborg entered a plea of guilty after being charged with drunk driving in Indiana.

Mecklenborg will serve a sentence of one year of probation and will lose his license for two days, according to his attorney.

If he violates the terms, he will lose his license for a year.

Mecklenborg was arrested in April in Lawrenceburg, IN, after failing three sobriety tests.

He will officially be sentenced on Thursday.
