CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Friends of a Northside musician who was shot by a police officer in April gathered in downtown Cincinnati Tuesday evening for a silent march.
Friends of David Paul "Bones" Hebert started at City Hall and walked to Cincinnati Police District One headquarters.
The march occurred on the same day Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters announced police acted appropriately in the incident that led to his death. Police say "Bones" pulled out a 13" switchblade out of his pocket and swiped it toward a police officer.
His friends say that "Bones" would never threaten an officer.
