7 alleged gang members indicted in Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) -

A Butler County Grand Jury has indicted seven alleged members of the Baltimore Street Gang in Middletown.

The indictments are the result of an investigation conducted by the Middletown Division of Police. The seven men are charged with Participating in a Criminal Gang, a second degree felony.

The men arrested are:

  • Recardo Robertson, 28
  • Anthony Blake, 23
  • Joe Eacholes, 25
  • Albert Givens, 25
  • Jerry Eacholes, 25
  • Tryvale Redmond, 22
  • Greg Kennedy, 23

All of the indicted members are currently in the Butler County Jail except for Jerry Eacholes, who is currently in the Southeastern Correctional Institute, and Joe Eacholes, who is currently in the Noble Correctional Institute.

Middletown Police say the Baltimore Street Gang has participated in and been involved in crimes such as Murder, Robbery, Felonious Assault, Burglary, Drug Abuse and Trafficking and Menacing.  Anthony Blake was convicted of the murder of Terron Moton during a party in Middletown on New Year's Eve.

Police say additional charges may be coming.
