Attorney for man accused of killing deputy wants evidence thrown out

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

The man accused of killing a Warren County Sheriff's Deputy will be in court again on Friday.

A suppression hearing is scheduled for Marcus Isreal.

Isreal is facing charges for allegedly hitting and killing Sgt. Brian Dulle in May as Dulle was laying down stop sticks during a chase.

During Friday's hearing, Isreal's attorney is expected to ask that some evidence be thrown out of court.

Isreal's trial is scheduled to begin in October.
