The Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road Council celebrated 100 years of scouting with a festival in Erlanger Saturday.
The Fifth Annual "Fun in the Sun" Festival was held at the Erlanger Girl Scout Office. The event featured games, crafts, a bounce house, horse-back riding and a petting zoo.
"Girl Scouting is so much more than just cookies and camping. They do so much more. They learn about space, and they learn about animals and how to give back to the community," said Product Director Carolyn McNerney.
