NEWTOWN, OH (FOX19) -

She was the Turpin High School Cheerleading Coach.

Her family released the following statement on Turpin's website last week: "Thank you all for your kindness and generosity. Our family is overwhelmed by our sweet girl's impact on so many people. There is some comfort in knowing that she had such a presence for so many people. Please continue to pray for the other victims of this terrible tragedy."

She was currently enrolled in the School Psychology Program at the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a Masters degree in Education.
