Taco dip and desserts from Giovanna Trimpe

TACO DIP:
One pack cream cheese, softened at room temperature if possible.
One packet of any type of taco dip
One 8oz. pack of sour cream
Shredded lettuce 
Two plum tomatoes chopped
One pack of 12-15 of shredded sharp Colby cheese.
Black olives (optional)
Anchovies (optional).
In a food processor add the cream cheese, taco dip, and sour cream ingredients and blend until smooth.
Spread over a large round serving platter.
Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and anything else you would like
Serve with tortilla chips.
 
KIDS LOW FAT CHOCOLATE ICE CUBES:
Fill a couple of ice cube trays with Low fat chocolate milk and place in freezer.
After a couple of hours when it is starting to harden add ice cream sticks in the middle if possible.
Freeze overnight and when serving empty each one into a double container of small Dixie cups to  
catch any dripping.
 
DESSERT FOR THE ADULTS:
One container of Dulce De Leche Gelato.  Or you may use any Dulce de Leche
ice cream.
One cup to 1 and 1/2 cups of Baileys coffee liquor.  Blend all together in a blender
that does not leak (haha)! and pour into frothy tall ice cream glasses if you have them.
