DEARBORN COUNTY, IN (FOX19) -

The Dearborn County Sheriff's Department has arrested a man for stealing about 900 metal guard rail posts.

Bradley Lusby, 29, of Sunman, is charged with receiving stolen property.

Highway workers reported the theft of the posts over two weeks. Police say Lusby stole the posts at an Ohio scrap yard on seven dates in August.

The approximate value of the stolen posts was $9,000. Some of the posts had been scrapped; however, some remained in tact and were returned to the Highway Department.
