HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - The 1-year-old boy who was killed Friday after he was hit by an SUV was laid to rest Wednesday.
The funeral for Bently Blake was held at Webb Noonan Funeral Home in Hamilton.
Police say the toddler stepped into the road while his mother was talking to a bus driver. Blake was struck and killed by an SUV.
The driver of the SUV, Randalla Wright, had a warrant out for her arrest at the time of the accident. Wright for a probation violation for not paying court costs associated with four driving citations, including speeding and driving with a suspended license.
She has not been charged for Blake's death at this time.
She will be in the Fairfield Municipal court on September 13 for her probation violation.
