CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Deer Park city councilman is facing charges after an apparent road rage incident over the weekend.
Tony Proctor, 46, is charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated menacing.
According to an affidavit filed with the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, Proctor stopped his motorcycle on the wrong side of the road, then got off and threatened a bicycle rider. Proctor allegedly encouraged the other man to fight him, and when the man tried to leave, Proctor put his foot in the bike spokes and grabbed the handlebars.
The incident happened Saturday afternoon on Matson Avenue in Deer Park.
By the time an officer arrived on the scene, Proctor had left. A warrant was filed for his arrest, and he later turned himself in to police.
Proctor was arraigned on Tuesday morning, where his bond was set at $10,000.
