Former Union Township administrator indicted on more charges
BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) -
A former Union Township trustee and administrator has been indicted on additional charges after an ethics investigation.
A Clermont County grand jury indicted Carl Douglas Walker on 38 counts of having an unlawful interest in a public contract, 14 counts of tampering with evidence, 14 counts of tampering with records and one count of theft in office.
The indictment comes after a 2008 audit revealed Walker awarded nearly $800,000 in contracts to an engineering company run by his son.
Walker was also indicted earlier this year on six counts related to ethics violations.
