CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Kroger Headquarters got a new look Tuesday, all for a good cause.
The grocery store along with Yoplait and General Mills are showing their appreciation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by pledging their support with a $3 million commitment, assisting organizations like the American Cancer Society and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
During the month of October, Kroger Headquarters will be wrapped in 15-foot-tall promotional signs and pink lighting. The signs will include the world's largest Quick Response code which will allow Smart phone users to directly connect to the SharingCourage Facebook page.
The campaign will donate $1, up to $150,000, to support Breast Cancer Awareness for every "like", page share and status comment made by visitors to the Facebook/sharingcourage.com page.
