Police looking for suspects who robbed Rookwood store

Police are looking for a pair of suspects who robbed the Charming Charlie store in Rookwood Commons.

The robbery happened around 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Police say that two masked suspects arrived in vehicle stolen from the west side, walked into the store and demanded money. The suspects then put the money into two green bags and ran out of the back of the store.

Police K9's were called in to search for the suspects. They were tracked to the area of Madison Road, but the K9's lost the track after that.

Both suspects are described as black men in their late teens to early twenties and about 6'3" tall. At the time of the robbery the two were wearing black clothing, and police say one suspect had black spandex over his face and the other suspect was wearing sunglasses and a blue and white bandana over his face.
