DELHI TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Fire crews battled a fire at a Delhi Township business on Friday morning.

Flames broke out at the Quick Delivery building in the 4800 block of Delhi Pike at around 7:20 a.m.

When crews arrived, they found heavy smoke and flames shooting from the roof of the small, 1-story warehouse.

No one was inside the building when the fire broke out, and no one was injured.

Investigators have determined that the fire caused an estimated $250,000 in damage to the structure and its contents. An adjacent business received some smoke damage from the winds blowing the smoke into the structure. Delhi

Investigators say a roofing company had been doing repairs to the roof of the structure recently and the initial investigation is indicating that this fire is accidental and related to the work that was being done.
