Community volunteers worked together Saturday to build a new playground at Francis RecreAcres in Sharonville. The Hamilton County Park District, Greater Cincinnati Target volunteers and David Williams & Associates teamed up and spent the day placing posts in the ground and drilling holes in ramps.
The park will boast shade structures, rubber safety surfaces allowing access to users of all abilities and playable musical instruments.
More than 30 volunteers participated in the event.
