Pedestrian dies after getting hit by vehicle

CROSBY TWP., OH (FOX19) - A Cleves man was killed Sunday after being hit by a car.

Chaddrick Kerr, 23, was hit by a 2008 Chevy Equinox driven by Meghan Corcoran in the 10800 block of Edgewood Road in Crosby Township.

Police say Kerr was standing in the road when the car hit him. He was then hit by a second, unidentified vehicle while he was lying in the road.

Police believe Kerr had just left a party and was attempting to walk home. He was pronounced dead after he was transported to Harrison Mercy Medical Center.

Police say alcohol and/or drugs are possible factors in this case.

Corcoran was wearing a seat belt and not injured.
