Cincinnati (FOX 19) - The Bengals activated offensive lineman Bobbie Williams on Thursday clearing the way for him to play Sunday in Jacksonville. Williams had been on a one week roster exemption returning to practice after a four game suspension.
To make space on the roster for Williams the Bengals waived lineman Otis Hudson, a rookie from Eastern Illinois.
Williams sat out the first four game of the season after testing positive for a banned substance. A 12th year player, Williams is in his eighth season with the Bengals.
The Bengals are 2-2, tied with Cleveland and Pittsburgh in the AFC North.
