FRANKLIN, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested a third person in connection with an arson fire at a Franklin restaurant.
On Monday morning, PH Bistro on South Main Street in Franklin was destroyed in a 3-alarm fire. The Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office ruled the fire to be arson.
Police arrested Caleb Ward, 19, of Franklin and Steven Dean, 19, earlier this week. Ward has been charged with Breaking and Entering. He is being held at the Warren County Jail on a $5,000 bond. Dean has been charged with Breaking and Entering and Safecracking. He is being held at the Warren County Jail on a $13,500 bond.
A third suspect, Terry Cragg, 23, was arrested early Friday morning by the Clarke County Sheriff's Department. He is charged Breaking and Entering and Safecracking.
All three suspects are expected to be arraigned at noon in Franklin Municipal Court.
