HUNTINGTON TWP, OH (FOX19) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that killed a man in Brown County.
It happened around 11:35 p.m. Tuesday on SR 41 near milepost 1, south of SR 763.
Preliminary investigation reveals that Zachary Stamper, 21, of Aberdeen was driving a Chevy Colorado south on SR 41 when he failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the right side of the roadway, and struck a tree.
Stamper was taken to Meadowview Hospital in Maysville, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say alcohol was not a factor, and Stamper was wearing a seatbelt.
