CINCINNATI (AP) - The last of three people convicted of robbing Indiana casino winners has been sentenced to 35 years in prison in Ohio.
Ugbe Ojile, 34, was sentenced Wednesday in Cincinnati.
The Cincinnati man was arrested along with Kenyatta Erkins and Amy Hoover last October in an undercover operation.
Prosecutors say the trio followed riverboat casino patrons back to Ohio from neighboring Indiana and robbed them at gunpoint. There were at least a dozen robberies over several months.
Ojile was found guilty of more than a dozen charges including aggravated robbery, robbery, aggravated burglary and felonious assault.
Erkins was sentenced to 31 years in prison. Hoover was sentenced to three years. Ojile's lawyer planned to appeal.
