CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Members of the bargaining teams representing Cincinnati State and the College's chapter of the American Association of University Professors met for approximately five hours Monday, but were not able to reach a contract.
Both sides agreed to another negotiating session starting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20.
Monday session began about 2:30 p.m. and ended shortly after 7:30 p.m.
Negotiations between Cincinnati State and the AAUP began May 16.
The most recent contract expired Sept. 5. AAUP members conducted a week-long strike from Sept. 23 until Sept. 30. They have been working since then under terms of the old contract.
