HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A Butler County jury found Bryan Freeze, 41, of Middletown guilty of seven robberies after deliberating for just under two hours.

Freeze, along with co-defendant Wesley Moore, was involved in a string of robberies from October, 2010 through January, 2011 throughout Butler County.

Judge Charles Pater also found Freeze to be a repeat violent offender due to a 1996 armed robbery conviction, as well as at least one robbery in Warren County. Moore was also found guilty earlier this year.

Assistant Prosecutor Greg Stephens was pleased with the outcome and the possible 126 years in prison facing Freeze when he appears for sentencing on November 8, 2011.

"I am very happy with the jury's verdict," stated Prosecutor Michael T. Gmoser. "This guy just hasn't learned his lesson yet, and the fact that he is a repeat offender indicates that he never will."
