LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Marcus Isreal was sentenced on Tuesday, the day after he was convicted of murder in the death of Sgt. Brian Dulle. He has been sentenced 25 years to life in prison.
Isreal was convicted of eight of the nine counts he faced, including murder, aggravated vehicular homicide, involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault, failure to comply, receiving stolen property and two counts having weapons under disability.
Isreal was speeding when he hit and killed Warren County Sheriff's Deputy Sgt. Dulle during a chase on May 10. Dulle was trying to lay down stop sticks.
During his sentencing hearing on Tuesday, Abbie Dulle, Brian's wife, spoke.
