ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man they believe is responsible for the death of Brian Stewart. Stewart was found shot to death in his home Tuesday night.

Police say Bradford Randolph Sutton, 58, and Stewart were living together in the 1100 block of Immaculate Lane in Anderson Township. The men got into a verbal argument about Stewart being asked to leave the home which is owned by Sutton.

During the argument, Sutton grabbed a 9mm Glock semi-automatic pistol and shot Stewart twice in the chest, according to police.

Sutton was charged by Sheriff's Detectives with one count of Murder (F1) and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. He was arraigned Thursday morning, and his bond was set at $100,000.
