LAWRENCEBURG, IN (FOX19) - A Lawrenceburg man is facing charges after police say he brought heroin to a patient at Dearborn County Hospital.
Special Crimes Unit Detectives received information that two male subjects were going to deliver heroin a patient at Dearborn County Hospital on Monday.
As a result of the investigation, detectives found a male visitor of the patient in the patient's hospital room.
The visitor, later identified as Gary Lane, 49, was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Lane was arrested and charged with Possession of a Narcotic drug (Heroin) and Possession of paraphernalia. The case is still under investigation by Special Crimes Unit Detectives.
